Military spouse, wife, mother, daughter, sister...friend
Hi, I'm Clara Freeman. I've been an Army military spouse since 2005 and have learned that chocolate, coffee and my instant pot would keep me going on a desert island- or certainly between our many moves! So far we've lived in TX, MD, KS, KY, AK and we are currently living in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to being a stay at home mom for my two children, and a military spouse, I worked in public health in Baltimore, MD, with a focus and passion for Community Based Participatory Research. I have a Master of Health Science in health education and behavioral sciences, from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. In the last few years, I have held workshops and support groups with military spouses to help bring a greater sense of well-being as we navigate the challenges of military life. I've tried to create the environment so many of us need which is to feel heard and validated in our struggles and to know we are not alone. Hearing people's stories has always been soul growing for me. I feel one of my life's missions is to help spouses and women in general not just live but thrive, while figuring out what their life’s calling is.
Doing this alone can become overwhelming. But with my professional training and experience I have the tools and understanding to help you create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I can help you change your perception of life so that it is filled with more hope, clarity, and enthusiasm.
